We Are Home Action has launched a series of television and digital advertising campaigns to elevate the need to pass immigration relief this year and demand Congress and the administration deliver on its promises. Our ads focus on public education, building support for immigrant justice, and holding leadership accountable for protecting immigrant communities. We must keep up the drumbeat in D.C. and across the country. Check out some of our ads below and help elevate on your social media platforms:
Successful economic recovery for everyone in America is directly linked to a pathway to citizenship for millions of undocumented immigrants and essential workers, and a commitment to keep families together and safe.
After all that we’ve been through, Congress finally passed relief for working families. Direct payments for millions of Americans pushed to re-open schools safely, and rapid vaccinations to overcome the coronavirus. But Congressman Katko voted “no” to relief for us – and “yes” to a taxpayer funded photo-op at the border for himself. Congressman Katko should stop dividing us and start working for us.
Build back better with a pathway to citizenship NOW.
Republicans & Democrats AGREE on thanking essential workers who kept America safe & cared for through the pandemic. So why are some essential workers deportable?
More than 5 million essential workers are undocumented – including many Dreamers and TPS-holders.
Congress needs to deliver a path to citizenship for Dreamers, TPS holders, farm workers and essential workers. It’s time to act.
This is our moment. To do right by those who’ve helped feed us, care for us, and keep us safe during our toughest times. Congress must act. Now. Build Back Better with a pathway to citizenship.
We hope to raise awareness about the need for permanent protection, in service of motivating the public and bolstering the political will to transform America’s inhumane immigration system and immediately enact legislation that creates a roadmap to citizenship for every immigrant who calls this country home. Additionally, highlight the fact that the majority of Americans and voters support a pathway to citizenship as national polling continues to indicate strong public support for various pathways to citizenship proposals facing Congress. The ads communicate the impact of and support for legislation to include immigration over the months and weeks ahead as movement takes place in Congress to pass a Build Back Better agenda and a reconciliation bill in Congress.
